Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the way of planning the construction of buildings from the initial phase of the design to the final phase management. The student will learn basic principles of building process management, both in the traditional sense and in the new trend of information modeling. Another part of the subject is the introduction of integrated systems in buildings, serving for efficient facility management.
Learning outcomes
The student knows the ways of planning the construction of buildings from the initial phase of the design to the final stage of the facility management. Students master the basic principles of building process management, both in the traditional sense and in the new trend of information modeling. The student is able to design integrated systems in buildings for efficient facility management.

  • 1.Facility management, pojmy, obsah a uplatnění, legislativa ČSN EN 15221 2.Integrace činností, zabezpečení a rozvoj služeb, zvýšení efektivity 3.Prostor a infrastruktura, prostorové služby, pracoviště, technická infrastruktura, údržba 4.Lidé a organizace, zdraví, bezpečnost a ochrana, zaměření na uživatele objektů 5.Výpočtová a komunikační technologie – ICT, logistika 6.Kvalita služeb, strategická úroveň, taktická úroveň a provozní úroveň 7.Dohoda o úrovni služeb - SLA (Service level agreement) 8.Klíčové výkonnostní identifikátory - KPIs (Key performance indicators) 9.Rizika, monitorování a kontrola procesů dodávky služeb 10.Systémy hodnocení a certifikace udržitelnosti budov, certifikát kvality budovy 11.
