Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the subject Buildings and environment is to provide the knowledge of the indoor environment theory with envirosystem respect. The basic knowledge about selected indoor pollutants will be presented. The sources and their indoor occurence will be analysed and solutions will be given.The emphasis will be given to understanding of interaction with building structures and technical services systems.The students will learn to address and understand the physical, chemical and biological indoor pollutants related to comfort, hygiene and environmental safety.

Indoor Volatile organic compounds. 6. Indoor nitrogen oxides. 7. Indoor particles, aerosols. 8. Indoor odors. 9. Indoor Microbiological compounds. 10.Electrostatic and aelectromagnetic energy of indoors. 11.Indoor Aeroions. 12.Perceived indoor air quality. 13.Architectural,structural and environmental interaction.
