Prerequisites
The student should master the basic computer work, MS Windows and work with AutoCAD in accordance with AutoCAD Systems I.

Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is the acquisition of the work with AutoCAD graphical program in the plane and space. After the successful completion of the course, the student is able to modify the user environment (keyboard shortcuts, etc.) and use the advanced functions of the system (such as multilines). The student can work with external reference drawings. He/she masters the basics of 3D modeling of buildings.
Syllabus
  • 1. Extended configuration and basic settings
  • 2. Modification of line types, dimension and hatching styles
  • 3. Creating of own buttons and simple commands
  • 4. Keybord shortcuts adjustment
  • 5. Insertiong of OLE objects
  • 6. Design Centre to insert blocks
  • 7. Basics of 3D modelling - editation and adjustment of features (cutting, intersection, etc.)
  • 8. Basics of 3D modelling of building and visualization
  • 9. Quick selection of elements
  • 10. Printing setup and printing of files - layout - basics of visualization
  • 11.Settings of print and printing of files according to the layout
