Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The course draws attention to the issue of making the project documentation. The emphasis is placed on the acquisition of technical knowledge and skills needed for reading and drawing construction drawings.
Syllabus
  • Thematic areas: 1. General architectural drawing information, criteria, formats, lines – sorts and their usage 2. Standard equipment project for building licence – ground plan, cuts, views and building focus on the drawing 3. Fundamentals of the marking elevation and drawing description 4. Hole representation in drawings – windows, doors (ground plan, cut, view) and related nomenclature 5. Representation of the chimneys, air chimneys and shafts 6. Basics of the floor drawing, legend of rooms, materials, identification table 7. Basics of the base drawing 8. Basics of the excavation drawing 9. Basics of the ceiling drawing 10. Basics of the drawing of the roof, slop and flat rooftop 11. Basics of the staircase drawing 12. Vertical object cut and technical look 13. Drawing of the floor, facings, transmissions and furnishings
