Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The goal is to develop a project focused on the issues of corporate governance on the chosen business model. Students will work in four-member teams according to the curriculum and using the quideline they separate the project on the basic practical skills from the area of corporate governance.Project prepared in this way will be presented by all members of the team ,working on a common final opponent negotiation .The auditorium of students will conduct an assessment on the basis of presentation and discussions. The tutor will take into account the recommendations in the final evaluation of individual work teams.
Syllabus
  • Basic processing circuits:
  • 1st Framework defining the business model (size, orientation, legal status, number of employees, product portfolio and services).
  • 2nd Description of internal and external environment company.
  • 3rd Description of the basic managerial functions to model production program.
  • 4th Proposal for the organizational and management structure with the determination of the degree and range management.
  • 5th Design and description of the communication system in the company  .
  • 6th Determination of market position (SWOT method).
  • 7th Draft package of measures to strengthen the indicated position of the company.
  • 8th Defining competitive business environment (competitors map).
  • 9th Concretization of a competitive environment using Porter's model of  .
  • 10th Definition and description of the operational, tactical and strategic management.
  • 11th Draft set of motivational and incentive tools for the selected organizational unit.
  • 12th Principles, framework charge of the HR function for a model company.
  • 13th Motion control system of the basic framework for the enterprise.
