Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Principles of valuation under price regulations, division of property in terms of their valuation, the process of determining the estimated cost of land, buildings, crops, cost and the income method of valuation, valuation of real estate on market principles, market (typical) price fixed yield method, the relationship of supply and demand in the valuation of the usual price.
Syllabus
  • -Basic concepts in real estate valuation, basic methods of valuation - Background-valuation -The examination of real estate, real estate valuation databases, their creation and processing - Cost valuation method, income valuation method, comparative method of valuation and valuation of land - Usual price of properties - Valuation of properties under the current pricing regulation -Valuation of credit management, for accounting, for insurance companies, for purposes of inheritance tax, gift tax and real estate transfer, the division of marital property and the settlement of ownership -Valuation for the forced property sale for public auction, for purposes of the Commercial Code, the valuation of property restitution and extrajudicial rehabilitations in the valuation -Determining the amount of property damage -Valuation of construction works, supply of construction defects billing works - Property-value assessment of carried out building work, valuation of buildings under construction - Specifics of the report, the price of real estate in various types of proceedings - Specifics-valuation of foreign property valuation standards in the Czech Republic and abroad
