Prerequisites (in Czech)
STE_2 Engineering technologies II.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The course will provide students with lectures and exercises, theoretical foundations of machining processes, machining technology, construction and calculations of machine tools. The second part of the course will provide students with the basics of machining technology on CNC machines, design solutions for selected parts of CNC machine tools and centers and the basics of CNC machine programming. During the semester, the student will be able to try in school workshops machining on various types of machine tools. The subject "Technology of machine and CNC machining" will follow the part of machining (theory of chip formation; basic division of methods, technological conditions, achieved parameters, machines, tools; automation) in the subject of Engineering Technology I.
Learning outcomes
The student is familiar with the issue of conventional chip machining, which is a prerequisite for mastering CNC machine machining. He is able to design the production technology as well as to assemble the complete technological procedures with the creation of control programs for individual machines.
