Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with organization and maintenance management as a process-technical activities in each production.Graduates of the course can characterize the principles of proper and safe use of machines in operating conditions;basic legislation necessary to demonstrate compliance and to ensure safe operation of machinery and can correctly evaluatetechnical condition of machinery and equipment, plan their maintenance and economically assess the costs of maintenance and operation.
Learning outcomes
The student is oriented in organizing and managing maintenance as process-technical activities in each production. The student is able to characterize principles of correct and safe use of machines under operating conditions, basic legislation necessary to demonstrate compliance and ensure safe operation of machines and can properly evaluate the technical condition of machines and equipment, plan their maintenance and economically assess the costs of their maintenance and operation.

Benchmarking and outsourcing in maintenance, studies of the use of maintenance workers 4. Operational risk management 5. Maintenance management quality audit 6. Reenginering and design of maintenance system, trends in maintenance 7. Organization and methods of maintenance management, control inspection and revision activity in maintenance 8. Tribology and tribotechnics, technical diagnostics, logistics in maintenance 9. Disassembly and assembly procedures and jigs, repair and renovation activities, maintenance instructions 10. Maintenance manager and work with human resources in maintenance, education for expertise, motivation 11. Operational reliability - its quantification, recovery theory, fault classification 12. Performance of machines and their operational use 13. Legislation of operation and maintenance, safety of machine operation
