- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the course is to develop a project for a building permit, processing and coordination of individual specialized construction professions and mastering the completion of the project. The graduate a) is able to design the layout and construction system of the assigned object b) is able to orient in the building law and zoning plans c) is able to apply building standards, building code requirements and applicable legislation to the project for a building permit.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student is able to: - design an architectural solution for a given type of building in several variants; - to design the dispositional and building-construction solution of the building; - prepare project documentation according to valid regulations.
- Syllabus
- 1. Assignment of the object, basics of drawing project documentation. 2. Familiarization with the requirements of the Building Act on project documentation for building permits and other selected terms from the state administration, typology of buildings and orientation to the world. 3. Elaboration of a building design - study of a structural and modular system. 4. Elaboration of a building design - study of structures. 5. Elaboration of the building design with floor plans, cross-section of the building with a staircase, typical views. 6. Elaboration of project documentation - situation of wider relations, coordination situation, delineation situation. 7. Processing of project documentation - foundations, floor plans, cross sections, longitudinal. 8. Processing of project documentation - ceiling structures 9. Processing of project documentation - truss and roof. 10. Processing of project documentation - views. 11. Processing of the accompanying report and summary technical report. 12. Elaboration of technical report for architectural and building technical solution, for building construction part and for environmental technology. 13. Principles of construction organization - situation and technical report.

- To successfully complete the project, it is necessary to submit a complete project to the prescribed extent. Part of the course is a mandatory presentation (defense, critique) of your proposal and a presentation panel for a comprehensive and clear presentation of the project. For full-time students, 70% attendance is required for contact classes, ie everything except lectures.
