Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the progressive technical means of automation, robotics and SW products for the effective implementation of processes in the logistics links of value chains.
Learning outcomes
The graduate is able to creatively apply the acquired knowledge of manipulators, robots, optical sensors and automated systems to solve specific projects in practice, using the latest scientific knowledge and current offers of technical means on world markets. Upon successful completion of the course, he will be able to design suitable logistics concepts, technologies, automated systems and robotic workplaces for primary, secondary and auxiliary logistics functions in all areas of production and services.
Syllabus
  • 1. Automation and robotization of production processes. 2. Principles of designing automated production processes. 3. Specifications for sorting objects for production processing. 4. Determination of the nature, number and sequence of product production operations. 5. Spatial arrangement of robotic workplace. 6. Other approaches to the spatial arrangement of automated workplaces. 7. Evaluation of economic efficiency of implementation of robotic workplaces. 8. Examples of designing robotic workplaces. 9. Requirements for a type project of an automated and robotic workplace. 10. Tendencies in the design of robotic workplaces. 11. Examples of robotic workplaces and processes. 12. Creating a project plan. 13. Monitoring and managing the progress of the project.
