The aim is to reinforce the professional practice and application of knowledge in vocational subjects and practical learning habits and skills needed to perform the chosen profession.

Learning outcomes

Student:
1) Student understands legal issues in the field of valuation and appraisal
2) The student understands the relation of expert and valuation regulations to other legal regulations and their role in the legal system
3) The student uses a structured/methodological approach to solve an appraisal problem
4) Student applies common valuation methods

Completion of professional practice in the specified scope and expertise, submission of prescribed documents and defense 100 %

Exam conditions

Successfully defends the Final Report from the subject Professional practice before the committee. The student is not admitted to the defense without the Final Report from the internship. Students will also prepare a short presentation of 10 minutes, which will focus on the description of the course of practice with regard to the desired learning outcomes. In the event that all learning outcomes are not fulfilled, the specific issue will be further trained in the School of Expertness and Valuation VŠTE.

Teacher's information

Deadlines for submitting applications for confirmation of practice and applications for recognition of one's own company - according to the AR 2023/2024 schedule, applications may be submitted from the 18th. 9. 2023 - 12. 11. 2023.

After choosing a contractual partner, the student contacts the given partner and ensures that the Protocol on Acceptance for Practice is filled out and signed by the responsible representative of the contractual partner, the supervisor, and the student. The protocol is stored in the PRAXE application in the task sets. The student submits the completed and signed protocol electronically in the PRAXE application within 15 working days from the approval of the start to the respective contractual partner. Without this protocol, the student cannot start the internship.
As soon as the practice account acquires the required values, the student is obliged within 15 days to upload to the IS - PRAXE application - Task sets, all the necessary documents:

1. confirmed work diary (confirmation means confirmation of correctness information listed in the work diary with the supervisor's signature together with the stamp of the company/institution and the student's signature),
2. confirmed report on the completed practice (confirmation means filling out the report on the completed practice together with the stamp and company/institution and supervisor's signature),
3. documenting the student's evaluation of practice
He also fills in the record of work experience in the IS section → Record of work experience is filled in in ~IS in the section Student → During studies → Record of work experience).
