Teacher's information
During the internship, the student becomes familiar with the interpretation of legal regulations in the field of expertise and valuation, actively participates in the preparation of procedural documents (billing of expert fees, appeals to expert fees, ...) and participates in the settlement of objections to the ZP, including the revision of the previously prepared ZP.

The student participates in the preparation of expert reports with realistic assignments. At the end of the internship (once the account has acquired the target value) the student prepares deliverables corresponding to the requirements of the guaranteeing department.

These are: 1) a work diary certified by the supervisor with the company's stamp and the student's signature,

2) a completed record of the completed internship together with the stamp of the company and the signature of the supervisor,

3) evaluation of the internship by the student.

The internship is evaluated on the basis of a form (protocol), including the workload, work diary and on the basis of the above-mentioned submitted materials. The student must complete all required learning outcomes required for the semester practicum. If the student does not acquire the required skills during the internship, the guarantor department, in coordination with the study programme guarantor, will provide additional training on the specific issues that were not sufficiently (or at all) covered during the internship. The retraining will be implemented in the form of e-learning, followed by a re-verification of the fulfilment of the learning outcomes. If the internship does not fulfil at least 50% of the assessed criteria (learning outcomes) it will not be recognised as a failure to meet the basic annotation and the guarantor will give the student a "Fail" rating. In the case where a student requests confirmation of completion of the placement, the guarantor department may ask such student to provide evidence of completion of the OPX learning outcomes and/or the guarantor department may ask such student to take an oral examination. If the student does not demonstrate sufficient fulfilment of the course outcomes, he/she may be required to complete these at the guarantee department of the VŠTE.

The application for internship is assessed by the assessment committee in cooperation with the supervising department. They may invite the student to an oral examination. If deficiencies are found in the level of fulfilment of the outcomes, these are completed in cooperation with the supervising department.

The course is also listed under the following terms winter 2023, summer 2024, winter 2024.
