Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The business plan is an integral part of every company that wants to stay on the market for a long time and is interested in ensuring long-term success. Through a business plan, it is possible to create a product concept of a product / service that has an impact on the existing market or can fill a gap in the market for a selected product / service. The purpose of creating a business plan is to formulate as accurately as possible a competitive advantage with regard to the quality, availability and variability of extended / additional services. The aim of the course Case Study - Business Plan is to develop a business plan in the form of a case study implemented for a specific company / organization.
Learning outcomes
After successfully completing the course, the student:
1. understands the meaning of a business plan and its structure
2. knows the principles of creating a business plan - case studies
3. can analyse the target market and competition, draw up a marketing and sales plan, a financial plan etc.
4. can predict the future development of the company
5. applies the formal aspects of the business plan to the presentation

Additional study material: Multimedia online course on entrepreneurial competences - http://www.enterprisingbehavior.eu/ Teaching is conducted in both forms of study, i.e. in face-to-face and combined form of study, block form - mandatory introductory lecture, then regular consultations according to the schedule. Students with an individual study plan (ISP) will submit only a completed case study (100%) from the subject Business Plan - Case Study. Students are obliged to contact the course guarantor immediately after the approval of the individual study plan (ISP) (e-mail: rowland@znalcivste.cz). If the student does not do so, his ISP will not be taken into account. The introductory lecture is compulsory for full-time and combined study students. If the student cannot attend the introductory seminar, he is obliged to contact the subject guarantor with sufficient time in advance. Approval of the subject of the Business Plan - case studies by the subject guarantor or teacher/consultant is mandatory.
