Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The business plan is an integral part of every company that wants to stay on the market for a long time and is interested in ensuring long-term success. Through a business plan, it is possible to create a product concept of a product / service that has an impact on the existing market or can fill a gap in the market for a selected product / service. The purpose of creating a business plan is to formulate as accurately as possible a competitive advantage with regard to the quality, availability and variability of extended / additional services. The aim of the course Case Study - Business Plan is to develop a business plan in the form of a case study implemented for a specific company / organization.
Learning outcomes
After successfully completing the course, the student:
1. understands the meaning of a business plan and its structure
2. knows the principles of creating a business plan - case studies
3. can analyse the target market and competition, draw up a marketing and sales plan, a financial plan etc.
4. can predict the future development of the company
5. applies the formal aspects of the business plan to the presentation

Attendance in all forms is dealt with in a separate internal standard of the VŠTE (Record of student attendance at VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance is compulsory in seminars. Students with an Individual Study Plan (ISP) will submit only a completed case study (100%) from the course Business Plan - Case Study.
