Abstract
The presented work deals with the distribution of soil organic matter into two components: 1-primary soil organic matter and 2-humus. New and fast method is presented to determine the quantity and quality of both components. The novelty is based on the partial oxidation of the organic matter and the determination of the cation exchange capacity of humus. The results are compared with the conventional method (extraction and fractionation of soil substances).

"Předložená práce se zabývá distribucí půdní organické hmoty ve dvou složkách: 1-primární půdní organická hmota a 2-humus. Nová a rychlá metoda je určena k množství a kvalitě obou komponent, je založena na částečné oxidaci organické hmoty a stanovení kationtové výměnné kapacity humusu. Výsledky jsou porovnávány s konvenční metodou (extrakce a frakcionace půdních látek)."
