Byly prosazeny pouze v českých a rakouských zemích, nedotkly se Uherského království. Podle hlavních protagonistů je členíme na Haugwitzovy a Kounicovy reformy.

They were the fundament for modern bureaucratic administration but were not consistent. They were only implemented in the Bohemian and Austrian lands but not in the Hungarian Kingdom. According to the main protagonists, these reforms are divided into the Haugwitz and Kaunitz reforms.
