Abstract
Heslo v odborné encyklopedii o zákoně, který na základě josefského katastru provedl radikální tzv. urbariální reformu. Císařský patent stanovil, že poddanému musí zůstat na vlastní výživu, výrobní náklady a poplatky 70 % hrubého výnosu, zatímco berně (daně) a poddanské povinnosti nesmějí přesáhnout 30 % výnosu poddanské usedlosti.
Abstract (in English)
An entry in an expert encyclopedia about a law that executed fundamental (so-called urbarial) reforms according to the Josephinistic register. The imperial patent stated that subjects were allowed to keep 70 % of their gross revenue for their nourishment, production costs and fees; taxations were not allowed to exceed 30 % of the subjects’ earnings.
