Abstract
Od devadesátých let minulého století jsou známa velmi přesná měření hustoty obyčejné vody. Data v intervalu 0 C až 40 C jsou získána s přesností 1 ppm. Existující experimentální data pro podchlazenou vodu v intervalu od - 40 stupňů Celsia do 0 C mají o několik řádů menší přesnost. Ve fyzice mezní vrstvy se často používají různé rovnice pro oba teplotní intervaly. V článku je popsána jednoduchá rovnice pro hustotu vody platná v intervalu od - 40 C do + 40 C.
Abstract (in English)
Very accurate measurements of density of ordinary water are known since the end of the last century. Data between 0 C and 40 C are obtained with accuracy 1 ppm. The accuracy of existing experimental data for supercooled water between - 40 C and 0 C is in a few orders less. Various equations are frequently used in physics of boundary-layer for both of temperatures intervals. A simple equation for water-density which is valid in the interval between - 40 C and + 40 C is discussed in this paper.
