Před zahájením prací na obnově obvodových plášťů budov bývají realizovány stavebně technické průzkumy a diagnostika balkonových konstrukcí. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou v rámci obnovy obvykle měněny nášlapné vrstvy a nahrazovány převážně lepením nové keramické dlažby na původní podklad nebo na podklad nový. Rychlost aplikace, obvykle požadovaná stavebníkem, vyvolává velmi často řadu druhotných vad a poruch.

In English

Before starting the renovation of building envelopes building and technical analyses takes place, same as diagnostics of balcony structures. Based on the findings thereof the renovation usually includes replacement of the floor finish in the majority of cases by gluing new ceramic tiles on the original underflooring or on a new one. As standard, the builder requests the work to be done very quickly and this produces a number of secondary defects and faults.
