Abstract Constantly growing cohesion between bank and insurance products appears apart from capital bonds (including all consequences arising from them) to be an essential feature of the current development. That cohesion as well as a mutual conditionality can be found structured in a few levels, for instance, at a bank product or services’ packages when bank institutions require an insurance of debtor’s life insurance policies, and property insurance with the function to give support to a lien on the real estate. The target of the combination of bank and insurance houses’ products can also be perceived as an effort to concentrate perquisites of the original more elementary products transformed into the final product with specific combined
