Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of human resource management in organizations, with a particular focus on the transportation and logistics sectors. The course introduces key human resource activities and emphasizes the importance of the human dimension in management, both from a theoretical perspective and, more importantly, in terms of practical application.
Learning outcomes
A graduate of the course: a) Understands key human resource activities and recognizes their impact on organizational performance. b) Is capable of applying the acquired knowledge in their managerial practice.

Exam conditions
Active participation in exercises. Partial tasks within seminars - max. 30 b. Written test – set of questions cross-sectionally focused on the entire content of the subject - max. 70 points. In order to successfully complete the subject, it is necessary to achieve a total of at least 70% from the interim and final assessment under the conditions set out below. 30 points, i.e. 30%, can be obtained in the continuous assessment. A total of 70 points, i.e. 70%, can be obtained in the final assessment. Overall classification of the subject, i.e. points for the final assessment (70 – 0) + points from the interim assessment (30 – 0): A 100 – 90, B 89.99 – 84, C 83.99 – 77, D 76.99 – 73, E 72.99-70, FX 69.99-30, F 29.99-0.

Attendance at classes in all forms solves a separate internal standard of VŠTE (Records of student attendance at VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance at seminars is mandatory. Attendance at lectures is monitored for full-time studies. Students with an individual study plan will be evaluated only through a 100-point final test in the examination period.
