- The aim of the course is to ensure complete management of the personnel agenda and ensure the performance of personnel activities in accordance with compliance with legal conditions and regulations based on practical examples, practical solutions to the most common problems and situation analysis in human resources.

- Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- define the basic concepts of personnel agenda and documentation, including labor relations
- to get an overview of legislation related to the labor law agenda
- understand the connections and interrelationships between technical terms
- evaluate the most frequently solved problems in human resources
- formulate situational analyzes in human resources

To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to achieve a total of 70% of the interim and final evaluation under the conditions set out below. 30 points, ie 30%, can be obtained in the continuous evaluation. A total of 70 points, ie 70%, can be obtained in the final evaluation. Overall classification of the course, ie points for the final evaluation (70 - 0) + points from the continuous evaluation (30 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89,99 - 84, C 83,99 - 77, D 76,99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0.
The full-time student is obliged to meet the mandatory 70% attendance at contact classes, ie everything except lectures. If the participation is not met, the student will be automatically classified "-".
