- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the course is to learn the student to design concrete constructions, according to the European technical standards, including drawing documentation. Constructions - ceiling plates, frames and wall constructions, staircases, basement and retaining walls, wall beams, foundation designs. Computational models, simplified and general computational methods. Ways of reinforcing. Designing of the overstretched structures. Designing of the elements and constructions of the prefabricated systems. Hall designs - possibilities of solution, static effect, details.
- Syllabus
- Structural elements, idealization of structure of the circumferentially supported plate, calculation of the bending moments of the circumferentially supported plates, simplified methods of solution of the plates, usage of the tables. Reinforcement of the plates, principles of construction, distribution reinforcement, edges of the plates, penetrations. Summary of the problematics, one-way and two-way stretched plates. Limit applicability of state, static effect, full plates, lighweight plates. Linear and concentrated load, reinforcing of the plates by bound reinforcement and curry networks. Plates locally supported, static effect. Simplified methods for soloution of the locally supported plates. Method of the summotion moments, method of the substitutional frames.Punching of the locally supported plates, reinforcement of punching, reinforcement of the locally supported plates. Frame structures, computational models, load cases, combination of load, methods of solution. Supplement of the BZK1 problematics (skid, torsion, elements strained by the combination of the standard force and moment, strut of the pushed elements, the slender column term, effects of the second order, methods of solution). Reinforcement of the frame constructions, joints of the reinforced concrete constructions. Stability of buildings, reinforcing walls, core, simplified methods of solution of the stability of buildings. Foundation structures, footings made of and reinforced concrete, base strips and plates. Staircases, constructional solution, computation and reinforcement of the variants. Basement and retaining walls, wall beams, method of calculation of strut and tie. Prefabricated structures - peculiarity of design, joints of the prefabricated structures. Principles of the overstretched structure.
