Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The course deals with the investment process - the purchase of a technological unit, movable property, a set of movables, etc., ie the pre-investment phase of the project, the investment phase, the implementation phase and the post-investment phase of the project. The main emphasis of the course is on the pre-investment phase - feasibility study and evaluation of investment options.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
- understands the life cycle of an investment,
- plans the realization of the investment,
- understands a feasibility study,
- evaluates investment variants,
- manages the risk management of investment projects,
- compiles decision trees and scenarios,
- performs simulations and sensitivity analyzes,
- organizes pre-investment preparation of the project,
- manages the realization of the investment,
- manages the post-investment phase of the project

Hodnocení: Investiční projekt (v AJ) max. 50 b. + prezentace projektu max. 15 b., písemný závěrečný test max. 35b. Celkový max. dosažitelný počet bodů 100. Všechny části hodnocení jsou pro všechny studenty povinné s~nutností získat min. 12b ze závěrečného testu a v~součtu min. 70 b.
