- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- Goal of the subject Project II. is individual written document about the students of the: economics, engeneering and transport branch with the knowledge, skills application to the practice. Subject Project II. is continue in the subject Project I. Subject Project II. is important in a process managing, innovation, optimalization to the increasing business performance and projectś sustainability. Graduate of the Project II has a requirement to the possition the project coordinator in the business opportunities.
- Learning outcomes
- Students can enumerate, define and explain individual phases of project management (pre-project, project and post-project). Analyse the methods and methodologies used in each project phase by studying opportunities or feasibility studies, including the construction of a logistical framework. Student solves the risks and milestones in the project, estimates the amount of direct and indirect costs, and controls their amount. Student is able to build a project team, communicate and negotiate in a project. Student proposes new solutions and improvements in the project, presents the results achieved and analyses its speech.

- Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
