After passing the subject the student: - can describe and interpret management of company processes - can elaborate and suggest management and organisation structure for a concrete company - under expert tuition is able to elaborate innovation of a company strategy and do its comparation with similar national and international companies - can calculate SWOT analysis and state following conclusions and measurements - can elaborate Porter´s model and suggest correspondent suggestions of resolution for a particular company - can describe and explain principles of company restructuring, reengineering, revitalization and rehabilitation of a company according to its position on the market

Students will be tought basic knowledge in the sphere of control economic systems of main business activities at the level of operative, tactical and strategic control, theoretical and practical skills of designing and projection organizational and control structures including specification of management amount and level. Students will learn an analytic method for characterization of firm micro and macro enviroment- Porter model in combination with SWOT method with the purpose to obtain entrepreneurial strategy. Students wil get knowledge about global and strategic plan making, basic entrepreneurial strategies, process management principles including production activity change by the form of reengineering. Students will get necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the study following proffesional subject of the business economy and control sphere.

By graduation the course students will acquire the basic knowledge from the area of management of economic systems, major business activities in the level of operational, tactical and strategic management,they will receive theoretical and practical skills in drafting and designing of organizational and managerial structures, including the specification of the scope and level of management, acquire the analytical method to the characteristics of micro and makr area of firms - Porter´s model, combined with SWOT method to generate business strategy as a basis for the creation of comprehensive strategic plans, core business strategies, including changes in manufacturing of operations through reengineering.By graduation the course students will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for follow-up study of specialized courses in economics and business management.

Cíl a zaměření předmětu Absolvováním předmětu získají studenti základní znalosti z oblasti řízení ekonomických systémů, hlavních podnikových činností v úrovni operativního, taktického a strategického řízení, osvojí si praktické dovednosti při navrhování i projekci organizačních a řídících struktur včetně specifikace rozsahu a stupně řízení, analytickou metodu k charakteristice mikro a makrookolí firem - Porterův model v kombinaci s metodou SWOT za účelem vygenerování podnikatelské strategie. Studenti budou seznámeni s principy managementu informací v podnikové praxi a procesního managementu včetně změny výrobních činností formou reengineeringu. Prezentovány budou základní manažerské dovednosti. Studenti si absolvováním předmětu osvojí nezbytné teoretické znalosti a praktické dovednosti pro studium navazujících odborných předmětů v oblasti ekonomiky a řízení.
