Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to deepen knowledge of construction law and, in particular, implementing the Building Act regulations. After successful completion of the course the student can: - work with administrative system procedure in detail - place constructions in terms of spacing of buildings and land in the extent of Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. - check the documentation for the planning procedure for compliance with the Decree. 499/2006 Coll. - assess compliance with the Decree of project documentation 499/2006 Coll. - assess and propose with regard to construction of buildings without any barriers - apply to projects of the general provisions of the ordinance requirements for construction - assess the need for authorization (ČKAIT) for different types of buildings - prepare the evidence base for public procurement - apply in the construction process the basics of fire safety and health

The aim is to deepen knowledge of construction law and, in particular, implementing the Building Act regulations. After successful completion of the course the student can: - work with administrative system procedure in detail - place constructions in terms of spacing of buildings and land in the extent of Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. - check the documentation for the planning procedure for compliance with the Decree. 499/2006 Coll. - evaluate and select the correct procedure for accelerated construction management (certificate of an authorized inspector) - assess compliance with the Decree of project documentation 499/2006 Coll. - assess and propose with regard to construction of buildings without any barriers - apply to projects of the general provisions of the ordinance requirements for construction - assess the need for authorization (ČKAIT) for different types of buildings - prepare the evidence base for public procurement - apply in the construction process the basics of fire safety and health

Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to deepen knowledge of construction law and, in particular, implementing the Building Act regulations. After successful completion of the course the student can: - work with administrative system procedure in detail - place constructions in terms of spacing of buildings and land in the extent of Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. - check the documentation for the planning procedure for compliance with the Decree. 503/2006 Coll. - evaluate and select the correct procedure for certificate of an authorized inspector - assess compliance with the Decree of project documentation 499/2006 Coll. - assess and propose with regard to construction of buildings without any barriers - apply to projects of the general provisions of the ordinance requirements for construction - assess the need for authorization (ČKAIT) for different types of buildings - prepare the evidence base for public procurement - apply in the construction process the basics of fire safety and health
