- The course deals with the investment process - the purchase of a technological unit, movable property, a set of movables, etc., ie the pre-investment phase of the project, the investment phase, the implementation phase and the post-investment phase of the project. The main emphasis of the course is on the pre-investment phase - feasibility study and evaluation of investment options.

- Upon successful completion of the course, the student:

35.3 understands a feasibility study,
35.4 evaluates investment variants,
35.5 manages the risk management of investment projects,
35.6 compiles decision trees and scenarios,
35.7 performs simulations and sensitivity analyzes,
35.8 organizes pre-investment preparation of the project,
35.9 manages the realization of the investment,
