Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge of the initial phase of the life cycle of the building project, planning of the building plan, preparation, designing, permitting of buildings and optimization of the procedure for building permits. After completing the course, a student is able to properly fill in applications for planning information, planning permission for a construction site, building permit, permission for building a building permit for himself or a third person, can check the correctness of a contract for work construction or design documentation, can optimize the procedure for obtaining the necessary permits under the Building Act.

Exam conditions
Grading of the course: Seminar Work: maximum 30% (0-30 points), Final Test: maximum 70% (0-70 points). Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.

Teacher's information
Participation in teaching in all forms is solved by a separate internal standard of VŠTE (Student Attendance Records at VŠTE). 70% attendance is mandatory for full-time students in seminars and exercises. The subject of the study support is Building Management I. (2013), which is posted in IS VŠTE.
