Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Cílem předmětu je, aby studenti v rámci přednášek získali teoretické znalosti a širokou a komplexní odbornost o přípravě a řízení projektu. V rámci cvičení budou studenti zpracovávat a prezentovat případové studie v softwaru MS Project.
Learning outcomes
The student will gain theoretical knowledge and broad and comprehensive expertise in project preparation and management. Students can present case studies in MS Project software.

Exam conditions
The student is evaluated in the course during the teaching period in the ongoing evaluation (0-30 points), who deal with the elaboration of a semester work on a personal topic assigned by the teacher (up to 15 points) and it follows that the presentation of the topic is in exercises (up to 15 points). )). During the trial period, information about students who take the written test is verified, and students can obtain up to 70 points. Comparative evaluation for continuous assessment and for the written exam according to the classification scale at VŠTE.

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
