Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The target of the course NED_1 is to convey the basic skills necessary for the standard communication in the studied language. The course heads towards the fixed output of level A1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages within the range of the topics Unit 1 - Unit 3. At the end of the course students are able to:
- get acquainted with the German phonetics and phonology
- acquire the basic grammar
- use basic phrases
- hold the simple conversation

Grading of the course: First Test/Seminar Work/ … : maximum 30% (0-30 points) Final Test: maximum 70% (0-70 points) Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points. The final test tests mainly the curriculum of unit 1 -3.
