Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Students will become familiar with the issues of small and medium-sized enterprises and enterprises with international participation. After completing the subject the student: - is able to characterize production, finacial and investment activity of a company - defines the objectives and key areas of financial management and distinguishes the main types of short-and long-term financial decision-making - is able to characterize the purpose, methods and practices of financial analysis - in the area of the investment decision-making he/she is able to identify capital expenditures and cash receipts from the investment and evaluate the effectiveness of simpler investment projects

Exam conditions
The seminars are compulsory in the present form of study. Maximum score available in the mid-term test is 40 points, in the final test 60 points. The exam is successfully passed when students get at least 51 points. Grading scale: A 91-100p.,B 81-90p.,C 71-80p.,D 61-70p.,E 51-60p.,X 31-50p.,less than 50p.-F.In case that a student gets 31 - 51 points, he has an opportunity to write a correction test from the whole subject matter scored with 100 points. The mid-term test as well as the final test have a theoretical and applicable part, theoretical questions are evaluated with 5 points, examples with 10 points.
