A student masters the skills of the initial phase of the life cycle of constructions, building sight planning, disposition, projection, construction permit and progress optimalization at the construction permit.

  • 1. Introduction to the problems of construction control 2. Construction phase 3. Legislative frame 4. Construction participants and their characteristic 5. Investor activity 6. Preparation and construction permit 7. Building projection 8. Engineering activity 9. Selection of the building contractor 10. Preparing for the business relation conclusion from the position of investor 11. Time scheduling 12. Contract relations - construction contract for work 13. Progress optimalization at the construction permit.
