- Students will learn the calculations of the works and the pricing of investment projects,the standardization of consumption and rewarding work. They will learn to handle the supply and prices in the contest. Students will be able to deal with the bill of quantities and the project budget.
- Syllabus
- 1st Sorting and grading of construction, work study, consumption of time, normalizing the time 2nd Consumption of materials, normalizing of the work items (material) and resources 3rd Normative system in the building, Rewarding of Work - wage laws, wage system, internal salary regulations, catalog of work 4th Costs and their classification, structure of costs, calculation methods and techniques - classification, standard costing techniques (calculations by dividing, with indexes), calculating base 5th Dynamization of calculations, costing the machine - a dynamic and normative method 6th Individual calculation, calculation formula, the content of individual cost elements, examples 7th Modeling of costs, break-point analysis, costing with using of functional analysis, non absorbent and absorption costing 8th Formation rates - oriented on cost, competition, demand, cost of construction (building and construction work, construction, building, LCC) 9th Report and assessment, budgeting, valuation evidence 10th Bid in the tender, the tender price. Binding contract. 11th Prices of design and engineering activities, the price of budget work. 12th Controlling of costs - production calculation, invoice generation, the resulting calculation, news, summaries 13th Embedded lecture - software for budgeting (Callida)
