- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the course is to convey the basic competencies necessary for normal communication in the language studied. The course aims to gradually achieve the specified output level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference in the range of specified thematic areas (lessons 1 - 5). After completing the course, the student has knowledge at the A1 level and masters the basic grammatical structures and vocabulary necessary for communication in a foreign language.
- Learning outcomes
- The student masters the principles of pronunciation of the German language and has knowledge at the A1 level according to SERR for languages: masters the basic vocabulary necessary for understanding in basic communication, knows the basic grammatical structures necessary to compose a simple sentence, masters basic phrases and phrases - greetings, introductions, basic information.

Evaluation for full-time study and part-time study: Continuous evaluation within the semester (eg. presentation, written presentation, listening) 30 % - Exam conditions
- Full-time study and part-time study:
Written test in the exam period (70%) and continuous assessment (e.g. presentation, written presentation, listening) during the semester (30%). Overall classification of the course for full-time and part-time students, i.e. points for the test (70 - 0) + points from the continuous assessment (30 - 0): included 100 - 70, possibility to repeat the test 69.99 - 30, not included 29, 99 - 0. Successful graduates of the course have to get at least 70 points (from both parts together).

- Teacher's information
- Teaching takes place on the premises of the university. For the full-time form of study, attendance at seminars is mandatory according to the Attendance Directive, where 70% attendance at seminars is mandatory. Attendance is not monitored for students of the combined form of study. Continuous assessment of students of the combined form of study will take place at the last seminar or at a time agreed with the teacher. Students with an individual study plan (ISP) will perform a continuous assessment at a time agreed with the teacher. However, students are obliged to contact the teacher immediately after the approval of the individual study plan (ISP), if the student does not do so, his ISP will not be taken into account.
