The aim is to reinforce the professional practice and application of knowledge in vocational subjects and practical learning habits and skills needed to perform the chosen profession.
Learning outcomes
Student:
- analyzes the specifics of selected specific economies, analyzes the external and internal environment of the company using appropriate analytical tools, and approaches,
- applies project management in specific conditions of the company with specification especially on production processes,
- learn the goals, principles, specifics and trends of production process management,
- can appropriately apply methods in designing automation of production processes,
- applies product innovations and production process innovations
- applies an appropriate pay-out policy,
- can manage the value of the company, where the top indicator is FCFF, FCFE, EVA Equity, EVA Entities and corporate finance risks,
- applies the company's business model using the Canvas business model,
- learn the principles and principles of a comprehensive human resources management process,
- applies advanced scientific methods in business practice - in the collection, processing and interpretation of data.
