Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of thies course is to learn how to to design the structure of traditional and modern roof cladding, than to be able to model the hygrothermal loads in the roof structure including evaluation and to be able to design a flat roofs and pitched roofs, including additional design elements and details of the roof cladding.

Exam conditions
The evaluation consists of four parts: Pitched roof project, Flat roof project, Presentation on an individual topic and written exams. The deadline for checking the progress of the first independent project is 6th week of teaching and the second project from 7th week of teaching. Projects are submitted by the 12th week of teaching. Each project will be in plates with flaps, both projects will be in plates with laces. In digital form, the presentation of the paper is uploaded to the IS (Submission Office) before the actual presentation in class, but no later than the 12th week of class. Overall classification of the course: Written exam 30%, presentation on an individual topic 5%, Projects (project I - pitched roof, project II - flat roof) 65%. Projects will be evaluated only if they are submitted complete according to the tender sheets and exercise instructions published in the first week of teaching in IS. Overall classification of the course, ie points for seminar work (30 - 0) + points from presentations and projects (70 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89,99 - 84, C 83,99 - 77, D 76, 99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0.

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
