Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The objective of the course is to get knowledge of the South Bohemian region - its assets, cultural history, tourism, current problems and opportunities. Emphasis is placed on understanding the region's destinations and products of tourism as well as its role within European Bioeconomy.
Learning outcomes
Having finished the course successfully, the student will:
- know the cultural, religious, political and economic history of the South Bohemian Region,
- understand the current cultural, religious, political situation of the South Bohemian Region,
- know the destinations and products of tourism of the South Bohemian Region
- define the position of the South Bohemian Region within Czech Republic.

Teacher's information
Seminars will be realized via MS Teams in real time according to the relevant timetable. Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
