- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- Students will learn the basic ideas about the role of the law in a market economy. At the same time, gain knowledge of the general legal institutions and basic overview in areas of government, civil, commercial, industrial and traffic rights. A graduate of the subject can define and explain the role of the transport rights in a market economy and society. Student knows the law relating to the performance of government and authorities in the field of setting the conditions for the construction of roads and infrastructure. He can navigate in traffic conditions, both in the field of technical, so whether or not the legal requirements for vehicles.
- Learning outcomes
- A graduate of the subject understands the role of traffic law in entrepreneurship practice and in other non-business practice, is able to independently and responsibly decide on legal issues of transport practice, analyzes individual legal problems in their contexts, to solve the problem includes reflection on the overall functioning of the legal system as well as ethical dimensions, comprehensively and convincingly informs experts and laymen with professional information about the nature of the case and its own opinion, uses expertise in the field of traffic law in order to extend its further skills in business and other practice.

- Final Test: maximum 100% (0-100 points). Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0. During the written examination it is possible to use legislation

- Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
