- The aim of the subject is to acquire the calculation of construction works and the creation of prices of investment actions. Upon successful completion of the course student: - controls the calculation of construction works and pricing of investment events, - can use and update the time and material consumption standards, - can explain the remuneration of work - is able to process the statement, dimension and budget budget of a simple building, - can handle the material cost limit and the wage cost limit, - controls normative and dynamic machine-hour rate calculations, - controls the surcharge calculation, - can process individual calculation. - can calculate the total cost of the building. - can describe the normative basis of construction, basic costing techniques. - Can appreciate project work, engineering activities. - Can compile an offer (price) for construction works.

- 1. Grading and classification in the construction, work study, time consumption, time consumption scaling 2. Consumption of materials, standardizationof work imaterials consumption and means 3. Normative system in construction, rewarding work - wage laws, wage system, internal salary regulations, catalog work 4. Costs and their classification, allocation of costs, calculation methods and techniques - classification, current techniques (calc. division, surcharge, with indexes), calculating the base, more dynamic calculation, calculation of cost of machinery - normative and dynamic method 5.IndIndividual calculation, calculation formula, the content of individual cost elements, examples 6.Formation of prices - focused on costs, competition, demand, cost of construction (building and construction work, building construction, construction, LCC) 7. Statement of assessment, budgeting, valuation documents 8. Public tender offer, prices for tenders. Binding to a contract. 9. Prices of design and engineering activities. 10. - Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
