Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Goal of the subject Project II. is individual written document about the students of the: economics, engeneering and transport branch with the knowledge, skills application to the practice. Subject Project II. is continue in the subject Project I. Subject Project II. is important in a process managing, innovation, optimalization to the increasing business performance and projectś sustainability. Graduate of the Project II has a requirement to the possition the project coordinator in the business opportunities.

  • 1. Project management and Project managing 2. Project management phasis – in and out project basis, time schedule 3. Project methods and methodology – case study, opportunities study, logical framework 4. Project risks 5. Costs management – linear costs, controlling 6. Human skills of the project managers – ability, communication and presentation skills, team building 7. Presentation activities – self-presentation 8. – 13. Project activities – evalution of the individual projects about the sections (business economics, engeneering and transport)
