Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is processing of a project for the construction from the project 1. Preparation and coordination of the various specialized construction professions and management of project completion. Students will know about preparation for implementation of the construction project and s/he is able to complete the project for the implementation of construction corresponding to the investor's requirements and relevant legislation.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction to the Construction Law requirements for design documentation for the construction and other selected terms from the state report. 2.Basics of project documentation, construction details. 3.The processing of project documentation, excavations, foundations, floor plans, 4. The processing of project documentation cross-sections, longitudinal section. 5. The processing of project documentation, details. 6. Assessment of selected details for thermal and acoustic techniques. 7.The processing of project documentation - ceiling construction. 8.The processing of project documentation or roof truss. 9. The processing of project documentation - views. 10. Development of a specialized part of the project (MEP, structural analysis, fire safety) 11.Processing accompanying report, summary technical report. 12. Processing of the technical report for architectural and engineering solutions. 13. Processing - technical reports for building component, technical report for environmental engineering buildings

Exam conditions
70% attendance (3 absences without an excuse)of attendance is required. The drawings and studies of the project will be consulted. The project will have a graphic prescribed level. Additional requirements - refer to instructions to practice (student receives in the first week of semester).
