Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with CADKON + and Protech software. Students will be able to create drawing documentation of sewerage, water supply, gas supply, heating and air conditioning, including dimensions.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to set up CADKON + and Protech software. The student will be able to process drawing documentation, including dimensions (floor plans, developed sections, axonometry) of sewerage, water distribution, gas, heating and air conditioning. The student will use the acquired skills, for example, in the subjects of HVAC and ATL or in bachelor's theses.
Syllabus
  • 1. Getting acquainted with the content of the subject TZB_3. 2. Teaching CADKON + Sanitary Engineering. Explanation of the creation of floor plans, developed sections and axonometry of BTI systems (sanitary engineering). 3. Creating specifications of the used material and elements from the drawing. The output will be mainly tables in MS Excel programs (LibreOffice) and legends inserted directly into the drawing (pipe types of lines, used marks). 4. Adaptation of CADKON to company practices and standards - presetting of layers (names, colors, line types…), modification of the database of used marks and other small settings (pipe spacing, shapes of text descriptions in the drawing…). 5. Processing of drawings of sewer project documentation. 6. Processing of drawings of project documentation of water distribution. 7. Processing of drawings of project documentation of gas distribution. 8. Teaching CADKON + Heating. Explanation of the creation of floor plans and sections of the heating system. 9. Relation of CADKON to calculation programs of heat losses and dimensioning of heating systems. 10. Processing of drawings of heating project documentation. 11. Teaching CADKON + Air conditioning. Teaching the creation of floor plans and sections of the air conditioning system in two-dimensional space (2D). 12. Processing of drawings of project documentation of air conditioning. 13. Submission of the required drawing documentation (medical equipment, heating, air conditioning).
