The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The course focuses on the preparation of the application part of the students' diploma thesis. Based on the hypotheses or research questions and using adequate scientific methods, students should be able to prepare the application part of the thesis including discussion of the results obtained, evaluation of the benefits of the thesis and its conclusion.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to: • Analyze data using adequate scientific or mathematical-statistical methods, • interpret the results and answer research questions, confirm or refute hypotheses, • evaluate the contributions of the thesis in theoretical and practical terms, • formulate a conclusion.
Syllabus
  • 1.-7. Preparation of the application part of the thesis. • 8-9. Discussion of results. • 10.-11. Contributions of the paper. • 12-13. Conclusion of the paper.
