Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with basic technical terminology and legislation in the field of packaging, shipping and packaging of goods. The student is able to explain the role of packaging, shipping and packaging of goods in the logistics chain, describe the packing materials depending on the type of goods and means of transport and transport, enumerate and explain the principles and methods of identification of goods using barcode system radio - frequency identification products (RFID), including new guidelines for the development and use of automatic identification and assess basic requirements for methods of packaging and environmental aspects of packaging and packaging goods.
