- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The course focuses on the identification and analysis of key business processes involved in the creation of added value for the customer in the form of a specific product (product / service). The student will acquire knowledge and skills in the area of management of corporate value streams (their characterization, evaluation in terms of value creation and cost minimization, including their innovation, or determination of corrective measures).
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of the course, the student will:

. 2. understands the links and relationships within value-creating business processes,
. 3. knows the basic concepts of enterprise performance management,
. 4. can characterize and analyze value-creating business processes,

- Lectures:
- 1. Value creation process in the enterprise.

- 5. Synergistic effect of selected concepts of performance management and enterprise value.
- 6. Lecture by a practitioner - practical examples of solving problems in the enterprise.

- To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to achieve the sum of the continuous and final assessment of at least 70% under the conditions set out below. V~30 points can be obtained in the continuous assessment, i.e. 30%. In the final assessment, it is possible to a total of 70 points, i.e. 70 %. The overall classification of the course, i.e. the points for the final A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76.99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0. Interim evaluation Intermediate test - 15 points (i.e. 15 %) presentation of the project study to the student auditor - 15 points (i.e. 15%) Final assessment final test - 70 points (i.e. 70%)

- A full-time student is obliged to attend contact classes, i.e. everything except lectures, meet the mandatory 70% attendance. If attendance is not met, the student will be will automatically be graded "-".
