- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the role of facility management within the value chain concept. The student will acquire knowledge in the field of facility management with an emphasis on decision-making factors on the way support processes are implemented. The teaching will be focused on modern trends of assessment, planning and implementation of support processes across corporate differentiation.
- Learning outcomes
- After successfully completing the course, the student: 1. understands the meaning and role of facility management, 2. knows the principles and principles of defining support processes and requirements for them, 3. knows the "make or buy" decision-making procedure in relation to supporting processes, 4. knows the principles of outsourcing implementation, setting criteria for measuring the effectiveness of support processes, 5. knows the essence and use of tools for effective management of support processes.
