Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the essence and processes related to input and output corporate logistics, for the effective realization of material for production processes in the links of value chains. To familiarize students with the basic concepts of logistics functions, different types of logistics, corporate logistics systems, and methods of successful management of each system.
Learning outcomes
1. knows the principles of implementation of input and output logistics processes from the position of an employer, 2. knows the principles of implementing input and output logistics processes from the position of managers, 3. can analyse external factors of input and output logistics, 4. is familiar with the principles of delegation at all company levels in logistics, 5. understands the principles of Inbound and Outbound logistics management and can provide methodological and practical assistance.

Exam conditions
For successful completion of the course it is necessary to achieve a minimum of 70% in the sum of the continuous and final assessment under the conditions set out below. 30 points can be obtained in the continuous assessment, i.e. 30%. A total of 70 points, i.e. 70 %, may be obtained in the final assessment. The overall classification of the course, i.e. points for the final assessment (70 - 0) + points from the continuous assessment (30 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76.99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0. 100% participation in all lectures. In case of an objective obstacle it is possible to apologize to the instructor.

Teacher's information
For this course, 70% attendance at all lectures is required. In case of an objective obstacle it is possible to apologize to the teacher. Information for students with an ISP (Individual Study Plan). If a student with an ISP is unable to attend the interim assessment of a course, he/she will complete the interim assessment at a time agreed with the teacher. A student with an Individual Study Plan is required to contact the instructor immediately upon approval of the ISP. If the student fails to do so, his/her ISP will not be considered. Students with an ISP may contact the course advisor via email at 24574@mail.vstecb.cz if they have any questions.
