Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
To introduce students to the basics of enterprise project management, to understand their creation, management and control. In the course of the course, students will be familiar with the pre-project and project activities necessary in the course of processing enterprise projects and will be able to develop their structure, including the schedule. The principles of teamwork throughout the project cycle will be explained and practically tested in the seminars. At the end of the course, students will be introduced to the key processes of enterprise project monitoring, including the principle of monitoring and evaluation of enterprise projects.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will:
1. understands the basics of creating business projects,
2. master the activities in the development of enterprise projects,
3. understands the principles of feasibility of enterprise projects,
4. knows the structure and schedule of projects,
5. understands the principles of project monitoring and evaluation.

Elaboration of the project proposal 25 %
Exam conditions
As part of the teamwork, the student must submit a project proposal for successful completion of the course, followed by a presentation in front of an audience of students, including a subsequent discussion. In order to successfully complete the course, a minimum of 70% in the summative and final grade is required under the conditions set out below. In the ~interim assessment, 30 points can be obtained i.e. 30%. A total of 70 points, i.e. 70 %, may be obtained in the final assessment. The overall classification of the course, i.e. points for the final assessment (70 - 0) + points from the interim assessment (30 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76.99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0. A full-time student is obliged to attend contact classes, i.e. everything except lectures, to meet the mandatory 70% attendance.
