Course objectives supported by learning outcomes

The goal of the subject is to consolidate and apply knowledge from professional subjects and acquire practical habits and skills needed for the performance of the chosen profession.

Learning outcomes

- understands the meaning of business from the point of view of the founder of the business
- understands the division of a business into systems, relevant subsystems and the main components of the business environment

Information on the extent and intensity of the course: 520 hodin.

Teacher's information

Applications to the Office regarding confirmation of practice and Applications for approval of one's own company are not processed in the period from July 1 to August 31.

After choosing a contractual partner (the company where the internship will be carried out), the student contacts the given partner and ensures that the Protocol on acceptance to the internship is filled out and signed by the responsible representative of the contractual partner, the supervisor and the student. The protocol is stored in the PRAXE application in task sets. The student submits the completed and signed protocol electronically in the PRAXE application within 15 working days from the approval of the start to the given contractual partner. Without this protocol, the student cannot start the internship.

The student cannot defend the practice without creating and submitting the Final Report. Regarding the details of submitting the Final Report, the student will be contacted and informed by the internship supervisor.

As soon as the practice account acquires the required values, the student is obliged to upload all the necessary documents to IS - PRAXE application - Task sets within 15 days:

1. Confirmed work diary (confirmation means confirmation of the correctness of the information given in the work diary by the supervisor's signature together with the stamp of the company/institution and the student's signature),

2. Confirmed report on completed practice (confirmation means filling out the report on completed practice together with the stamp of the company/institution and the supervisor's signature),

3. Documentation of the student's evaluation of practice,

4. Successful defense of the final report from the subject Professional practice before the committee.

In the event that all learning outcomes are not fulfilled, the specific issue will be trained in the form of e-learning.
